Global Spectrum, management for the Comcast Arena at Everett, today named Jeffrey M. Schumacher as the facility’s General Manager. Schumacher will relocate to Everett from the Global Spectrum managed Sun National Bank Center in Trenton, NJ. In his role, he will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations including booking, finance, events, box office, marketing, client relations, corporate sales and operations for the Arena, Edward D. Hansen Conference Center and the Comcast Community Ice Rink.
“Jeff has done a tremendous job for Global Spectrum in Trenton, increasing the profile of the venue, booking new events and generating positive revenue for our client,” said Global Spectrum Chief Operating Officer John Page. “His experience will be an asset to the Everett Public Facilities District in bringing in successful events to Comcast Arena at Everett.”
Under his leadership at the Sun National Bank Center, he expanded booking relationships within the facility and confirmed multiple first-time events for the facility. He managed a naming rights partnership with Sun National Bank and attracted the Southern Indoor Football League’s Trenton Steel team to the venue.

Prior to his move to Trenton, Schumacher served as General Manager for the Androscoggin Bank Colisée (Lewiston, ME), and Dodge Arena (Hidalgo, TX). He began working in the facility business in marketing and public relations with Wicomico Civic Center (Salisbury, MD), as a promoter with Feld Entertainment, marketing director for Firstar Center (Cincinnati, OH), and as director of soccer operations for Philadelphia Charge and KIXX.
