The Edward D. Hansen Conference Center is the Northwest’s premier conference center hosting hundreds of events annually including meetings, banquets, galas, receptions and consumer shows.

 

The world-class facility located in the Comcast Arena at Everett includes state-of-the-art amenities with an unmatched versatility. The possibilities are endless with over 57,000 square feet of exhibit space and over 11,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space. From small meetings for 12, dinner for 800 or 10,000 tradeshow visitors, the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center offers great gatherings.

  • Grand Ballroom:  11,000 square feet to seat 800 guests and divisible into four sections for smaller events and breakout sessions
  • Pre-function:  3,000 square feet area outside the ballroom for additional tradeshow booths or receptions prior to a ballroom event
  • Exhibition Space:  57,000 square feet
  • Executive Board Room:  comfortable executive seating for 24 with the highest quality built-in AV equipment and modular table for flexible set-up
  • Conference Rooms:  two additional conference rooms for small groups or breakout sessions

CATERING – The dedicated caterer provides customized menus to fit every culinary desire - prepared and presented with care and style.  Catering capabilities also include permanent concession stands located throughout the Arena with a variety of food and beverage during consumer shows.

 



LOCATION – Located just 20 minutes north of Seattle, the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center is located in the heart of the fastest growing county in the state, Snohomish County, with over 620,000 residents.  Expand further and the population to draw from includes more than 3.7 million people within a 90 mile radius.  Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Everett, the venue has quick and direct access from I-5.  There are more than 6,000 parking spaces within walking distance of the Center including substantial on-street parking and large public garages and lots. 



 

CITY CONCIERGE - The City Concierge is also located in the Comcast Arena at Everett and provides information on dining, accommodations, transportation and attractions throughout Everett and Snohomish County.  The Concierge is dedicated to providing guests with the best hospitality the area has to offer.
