Ownership & Management

The Comcast Arena at Everett was developed and is owned by the Everett Public Facilities District. The Everett Public Facilities District is municipal corporation managed by a a five-member Board of Directors:


Earl Dutton - President
Gary Weikel - Vice President
Thomas Gaffney - Treasurer 
Gigi Burke - Board Member
Mark Olson - Board Member

The General Manager for Global Spectrum is Kim Bedier.

The venue is managed by Global Spectrum, which manages more than 70 public assembly facilities in the United States and Canada, is a subsidiary of Comcast-Spectacor. The Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm owns the Wachovia Center, the Wachovia Spectrum, the Philadelphia Flyers, the Philadelphia 76ers, the Philadelphia Phantoms, Flyers Skate Zone, Comcast SportsNet and the Bowie Baysox, the Delmarva Shorebirds and the Frederick Keys, all affiliates of the Baltimore Orioles.

Global Spectrum provides its services on a turnkey management and/or consulting basis for the pre-opening/design and construction phases of a new facility, as well as the ongoing operations for an existing facility. Global Spectrum provides innovative management, marketing, operations and event booking services for arenas, convocation centers, stadiums, convention centers, expo centers, performing arts centers, baseball stadiums and ice facilities. The most experienced senior management staff in the public assembly/facility management industry provides strong, responsible and responsive leadership for Global Spectrum.

"The Comcast Arena at Everett as managed by Global Spectrum will provide a variety of sport and entertainment opportunities for the citizens of Everett, Snohomish County and parts beyond.

The facility will act as a catalyst for economic development and activity in the downtown core, by delivering events that generate retail spending and hotel revenues.

The goal is to maximize revenue to the Public Facilities District, through efficient and cost-effective facility operations.

We will consistently anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations with professional service. Our efforts will establish confidence in the facility and staff and create return customers."
