Group Ticket Restrictions
- Discount Tickets must be purchase in advance.
- No discounted tickets can be purchased at the Comcast Community Ice Rink or Comcast Arena at Everett Box Office
No refunds or exchanges
- All tickets must be purchased through the group sales department.

Receiving Tickets
Tickets are considered CASH; please treat them as such as they cannot be replaced. Once receiving your tickets, please check and make sure that your order is correct and all of your tickets are there. If distributing tickets, it is helpful to write down the locations of whom you are distributing the tickets to. If requested, tickets can be picked up. Please make arrangements with your Group Sales Coordinator. Tickets may also be left at will call. Please be prepared to show photo ID on the day of the event. Tickets must be picked up by the person placing the order.
Group Party Areas and VIP Seating
Press Box Party Area
Impress your group with a party area with a great view. The Press Box Party Area is perfect for entertaining a group of 16-20 guests. Located at just above section 218 in the center of the arena, we turn your section into the envy of every other. With an option to purchase food prior to the event, you can eat and drink the whole night without leaving your seats. Party Areas are available for private event night rentals on an event by event basis and also include parking passes.
Suite Rentals
The Comcast Arena at Everett has a limited number of rental suites available for each event. Each suite accommodates 16 guests with an option to purchase additional tickets. All suites have fully furnished lounge areas, wet bars, refrigerators, televisions with cable, private telephone service, theater style seats, and access to the private suite level concourse. In addition, all suites include parking passes, host or hostess service, hot food and bar services in the suite and their own menus catered by Centerplate Catering.
VIP Club Lounge Seats in the Arena Grill
Looking for a large group outing in a party atmosphere? The club lounge VIP seats may be your answer. Located just above section 206 in our club level, enjoy all the amenities of a VIP guest including parking passes, private suite entrance, and the new Arena Grill full-serve restaurant and bar just behind your seats. The club lounge seats up to 35 and can only be purchased through the group department. Call now! |
