Box Office Internet Sales

Tickets for all events may be purchased online here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With our print at home capability, you may print your tickets using your home computer and printer.

Accepted Payment Methods

Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and debit cards with any of the preceding card logos are acceptable forms of payment. A valid ID must be presented with all credit card sales. Personal and business checks will NOT be accepted. Remember, once tickets are purchased, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Will Call Window

Tickets paid for but not received are available at the Comcast Arena at Everett Will Call window located at the main box office on the northwest corner of the Comcast Arena at Everett on Hewitt Avenue and Oakes Avenue. Will call will be available one hour prior to the event. Only the patron whose name is on the Will Call, with a valid ID, may pick up the tickets.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available for all events at the Comcast Arena at Everett. Please purchase tickets in person at the main box office at the main box office on the northwest corner of the Comcast Arena at Everett on Hewitt Avenue and Oakes Avenue or call the box office directly at 425.322.2644.  Please allow 2 weeks notice for hearing-impaired interpreters when needed.

Tickets for Children

Discounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for various events. Age restrictions and the amount of discount vary by the event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Children under age 2 may be admitted free to the Comcast Arena so long as they are seated on the lap of a ticketed adult patron. Policies differ from event to event so please visit ComcastArenaEverett.com for specific event information.

Ticket on Sale Information

The marketing department announces events through media releases and ComcastArenaEverett.com. Information can also be found by signing up for the Comcast Arena at Everett online Cyber Club. Event announcements and notifications can be given through our Cyber Club. Visit ComcastArenaEverett.com to join. Lost/Stolen Tickets and Tickets Not Received in Mail

If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, you should immediately contact the Comcast Arena at Everett Box Office to inform them of the loss. For stolen tickets, a copy of the police report must be presented to pick up replacement tickets.

Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and lost seat passes are typically not issued. If the Box Office replaces lost tickets, the tickets will only be available at will call on the day of the event by the original purchaser with valid ID and will be subject to a $5.00 per ticket reprint charge.

Canceled or Rescheduled Events

In the event that a performance is canceled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on ComcastArenaEverett.com. Please be aware that due to time restrictions there is no faster way to contact individual ticket holders other than through the local media. If an event is canceled, please retain your tickets and watch for information on the refund policies.
