Hang onto your cowboy hats, Everett! The World’s Toughest Rodeo® 2009 National Tour is coming to the Comcast Arena at Everett. Watch true-grit cowboys compete in spectacular tests of skill and endurance that will electrify and astound the whole family on Saturday, March 7 at 7:30 pm.
Twelve cowboys specially chosen for their bravado come down the chute to compete in breathtaking feats of rodeo that give your family an authentic and thrilling peek into the rough and tumble American West.
The World’s Toughest Rodeo is the only one that challenges cowboys to compete in three daring rides in one night! Round up the family and watch the contestants wrangle bareback riding, saddle bronc riding and bull riding. Toughest Cowboy is the triathlon of rodeo where only the toughest will endure.
After the Tournament, fans of all ages can “Party on the Dirt” in a special post-event concert featuring Whiskey Falls, named 2008’s “Breakout Band of the Year” by Nashville’s Music Row.
From barrels to broncs, the World’s Toughest Rodeo is a colorful, fun spectacle your family will always remember.

Check out the action before the show in Everett. “Toughest Cowboy,” a new eight-episode, one hour series from world-renowned producer Mark Burnett premiers this Thursday, January 29 at 11 pm on Spike TV. The show will search for the next big superstar in rodeo as one competitor will be eliminated each week in a sudden-death elimination bull ride match. The ultimate Toughest Cowboy Champion will win the deed to a spectacular ranch in the Rocky Mountains of Wyoming.
Emmy-award winning producer Mark Burnett, behind such landmark series “Survivor” and “The Apprentice,” serves as executive producer for “Toughest Cowboy.” “Toughest Cowboy” marks the first series to emerge from a pact between Mark Burnett Productions and AEG announced earlier this year.
Free straw cowboy hats for the first 500 children through the doors for the World's Toughest Rodeo presents Toughest Cowboy on Saturday, March 7. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
