Refund Policy

• Refunds available only if event is cancelled or rescheduled
• Processing refunds may take 5-10 business days
• Service fees are non-refundable even for cancelled events
• No refunds for weather-related delays or guest no-shows

• Large bags, backpacks, or purses
• Illegal substances
• Noise-making devices

Prohibited Conduct

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

• Fighting, harassment, or threatening behavior
• Unauthorized solicitation or sales
• Smoking or vaping inside the venue
